Overview

Aitrium’s administration features give organization administrators centralized control over users, sites, integrations, and compliance. Admin features are available to users with the Admin role and are accessed from the Admin section in the Aitrium Portal sidebar.

Admin Capabilities

User Management

Invite users, manage roles, assign sites, and control access across your organization.

Network Management

Create internal sites, view external sites, and configure site identifiers for data transfers.

Audit Logging

View, filter, and export a complete audit trail of system activity across your organization.

Integrations

Configure credential groups, manage trial-level access, and monitor integration execution.

Roles & Permissions

Aitrium uses two customer-facing roles that determine what a user can access:
RoleScopeAdmin Features
AdminOrganization-wideFull access to all admin features — user management, network, audit logs, and integrations. Not restricted to specific sites.
UserSite-specificStandard access to workflows and data associated with their assigned site(s). No access to admin features.
Admin users can manage all users and sites within their organization. User-role members only see data and workflows for the sites they’ve been assigned to.
